Filling in mortgage protection application - questions

I can't find the answer to this anywhere so it must be a really stupid question with an obvious answer  We're filling out a form from Hibernian for mortgage protection, and I don't see anywhere where it asks for the mortgage company's name - or are they the "grantee"? Or do they not care about who the policy is assigned to until after they've approved the application?

If the grantee IS the mortgage company, then do we have to get one of their representatives to sign the application? There's a place for a signature from the grantees...

Thanks!

Hello

You do not have to put the lenders name on the application, normally the policy schudule goes to the lender, and when you meet your solicitor they will then get you to sign a deed of assignment, which is given to the lender
