Fexco Stockbrokers online service still not available

Fexco stockbroking promised the online service would be launched in Summer 2010, I opened an account with them in March with the expectation that online would happen when promised....but no.

When I ask them when, they just say "soon"

Anybody else annoyed with this?

I gave up dealing with them 10 years ago. I have a large file of "things that went wrong" when dealing with them. I don't think that I had one transaction that went smoothly in the two years that I dealt with them. I even complained to the Central Bank but in the end I moved on.
