Fees re drawings to widen driveway entrance

Hi

I got a quote of €500 to do drawings in which the Arch Tech will draw out our plan to widen the driveway entrance by 4 feet and build a wall (on our property) to divide our garden from our neighbours. This fee will also include a site survey.

Does that quote seem reasonable? Its such a small job maybe an engineer would be more suitable?

If theres two days work involved, ie survey and produce drawings, it sounds ok to me.

An engineer would likely charge the same
