A antoinolacht Registered User Messages 20 30 Oct 2006 #2 Fee farm is really old stuff. Time for a visit to an experienced solicitor for sure. In principle, I think it is better than a regular leasehold, because it is perpetual or at least lasts a very long time. All depends though.
