Father registered for HC, but didn't pay yet

Quick question,

My father registered for the HC charge a few weeks ago, but didn't have the money spare to pay the charge. He's just told my mother he's registered.

Is there time yet to pay? If so, can someone tell me how I can pay this for him? Clueless on this myself, not a home owner so haven't been paying too much attention to it tbh.

Yes, he can pay it now-the late payment penalties will have kicked in, as far as I know, so it would be 111 euro, not 100. The forms for payment should still be available at libraries, local authority offices etc, and the charge can be paid at a local authority office. If he has registered he can pay it online. The previous poster is correct about the charge if you pay it now - €100 + €10 (10% late payment fee) + €1 (1% late payment interest for April) = €111.
