Advice much needed and appreciated.
Fascias/soffits are rotting on the corners of my 3 bed semi d.
have received a few quotes. ranging from 750 for clad over to 1800 for full replacement of the timber. am i safe trusting someone to just cut out what is rotten in the timber or should i go for a full replacement of all the wood.
also the original gutter was seamless aluminium. my next door neighbour recently had his replaced and went for pvc with joints.
should i stick with the originalseamless aluminium or would i be better to match his? (My gutter flows to his downpipe)
