If a Full time farmer goes on a FAS Scheme is he entitled to claim social welfare, when he is finished on the scheme on the basis that he would have his stamps built up when the fas scheme was finished ( and would he be means tested after the fas scheme is finished,when he made the application for Social Welfare)
