Myself and my 3 siblings have inherited a house and some ten acres of land from a deceased parent. So we are all joint owners.
There is a dispute over what should be done with the property and land, and no agreement can be reached.
In this situation what is the best solution? The obvious one is to sell the entire proprerty and divide up the proceeds but even agreement on that seems difficult. Will the property remain in limbo until agreement can be reached ?
