The company iI work for is selling its present building and moving ~4 miles to a leased location. Are staff entitled to disturbance money under Irish legislation? Or is it soley at the discretion of the company?
I'm not aware of any statutory entitments in this area and suspect that it's a contractual or individual/collective bargaining issue for the affected employees.
