Hi There, I am looking to hear from anyone who has been through this process and has actually received an offer from the local authority, whether taken up or not. If so could you let me know what rent they offered as a % of the property value (annual rent/property value). I'd be really interested in the full story with actual price and income figures, location , property type, refurb / BER requirements they imposed etc. but even just this gross yield figure would be helpful. I have emailed the housing agency to make an offer on my place and happy to share my story with they get back to me ! thanks a mil.
