? expensive quote for replacing broken window?

Hi,
I have ahouse let and have to replace to panes of glass(double glazed)
1 is bathroom - maybe 4ft by 3ft
2 is halway beside door- again maybe 4ft by 3ft.

Quote 1 is 240 plus VAT
Other is 360 all in?

Appears expensive to me. Anyone with recent experience?

Windows depending on their location may need to be toughened. This will increase price by c.50% for the material alone.
Ask for specs on type of window being replaced.
Access to windows will also influence price, can it be changed from within the building?
