Executive or Standard PRSA

Hi,

I have the option of taking a standard or executive PRSA. Total contributions will always be at or below the employee limit (as applicable to the standard PRSA). Fund management fees are 1% and .75% respectively. Executive has a wider range of options albeit I'm inclined to opt for the managed consensus type funds.

If you were in my shoes, which one would you go for and why?

  • There is no such thing as an Executive PRSA
  • There is such thing as a 'Non-Standard' PRSA
  • Or maybe you mean an Executive Pension which is a different thing entirely
  • It is difficuly to give further advice until you clarify which one you are referring to - a 'Non-standard' PRSA or an Executive Pension?
