Had an agreement with the bank for the last 2 years paying €800 but received a letter yesterday saying that Debit Ask Ltd will now deal with my account.

Car loan 2500

How important is retaining the family home to you?
I don't care about keeping the family home. After struggling for the last 4 years have decided that I can't live the next 30 something years like this.

Any other relevant information?
Ex spouse has left the country and has not contributed anything in the last 4years.

What is your preferred realistic outcome?
I will never be in a position to repay the home loan. So I want to sell the house and deal with the shortfall. Very seriously considering bankruptcy in the UK and just looking for some advise on my situation.

Hi Cashier,
Sorry made a mistake on the template. I'm working so dont receive mis.
Believe a move to the UK is the only option for me.
