eWorking Credit/Relief

Was toying with the idea of basing it on a minimum estimate to save the palaver of bills etc. e.g. My electricity bill is normally €80 per two months, so an average of €480, so was going to go on the basis of €400 euro - 10% = €40, and then at the marginal rate it is €16 back. I know I am potentially losing out on say and extra 3.20 but I'm too lazy to do the exact calculations!:oops:

Yes thanks! At least as that is a set amount it's easy to calculate.

In my calculation above I realised I forgot to just do it for days at work, so should be approx
400*(200/365)*.10*.40=8.76 and not €16 - even better news!!

Broadband is 45 per month so 45*200/365*.3*4= €30 back - combined it will cover 20% of the cost of the office chair I had to buy! Woohoo!

Not to bring you back to earth any faster than you're already plummeting but for 2020 it's 366 days not 365

Well spotted, she'd better hold that extra 8 cent aside, for when Revenue come looking for it back from her!
