Events promotion, RDS and the like

Hi, I want to advertise a product I have, at some of the big events, that come up in the RDS.

I know I could email them, but I thought I'd ask on here first, to see if anyone has experience in this area, and can offer advice.

I don't want/need a pavilion, I just want to hand out a load of flyers.

think you may need to take up a stand in order to handout flyers unless you pay them to put the flyers in the bag you normally get when you enter the event.

A smallish stand may be a good way to promote your product?
