euro dollar rate on downward spiral???

Going to florida at the end of December and I see that the euro has fallen to $1.32 and has been falling steadly for the last 5 days.

What kind of news/developments will stop the slide?

Do you think I should buy dollars now before it slumps futher or wait for it to rise again?
