ETF Share Certs ? And dividend percentages?

Can anyone point me in the direction of ETFs which provide share certificates? I cant really be bothered with this whole broker account thing.

I would also like to know if any ETFs do not pay out a dividend but instead invest the dividend within the fund in the most tax efficient manner ?

I doubt that many if any ETFs can be held in certificate form meaning that the only other options would normally be a broker nominee account or a personal CREST account each of which carries its own costs and issues. See the ISEQ 20 ETF FAQ for example:
