Estates in Celbridge

Hi,

I am planning to buy a house in this new development in Hazelhatch Rd., Celbridge. Dose any one have any feedback on this development. I personally liked it and found the houses very spacious.

there was a halting site to be built beside the estate
There is a discussion on it here

It was in the town plan not certain if it is going ahead now

Halting site not expected to go ahead on the basis that there is no local need; travelling families have opted for housing instead.

Thanks for the replies. I checked with the Counti council too. Looks like they don't know much about this. I am going ahead with the purchase.

Anybody living in Primrose Gate or buying a property there?

Hi. I'm interested in buying a property in Primrose Gate, Celbridge but before I do anything, I need some advise first.

Can anyone who is living there advise how they are finding their property or Barina Construction?

just boght a house there a couple of months back. got the last 3 bed semi d in the current phase. not due to be finished till dec/jan. dont know anyone else in the development yet though.
