My apolagies as I know this question has probably been asked on numerous occasions. I am considering employing an estate agent to look after letting my apartment. There fee is 5% plus vat to advertise and get the clients and there fee for looking after the apartment each month is 123 euro inc vat. Can I claim any of these fees back in my tax return each year.
