I resigned late last year due to an issue with my employer and decided at the time to quit as i couldn't get the matter resolved at a higher level.
After action taken by them and having considered other options i feel that i must bring them to account.
Does anyone have any experience and/or advicen of bringing action to the equality tribunal.
i.e. would it be in my interest to have legal representation (noting that the tribunal does not award costs).
and also considering the fact that the company has such resources at it's disposal?
