It is very important with systems like this to get a comprehensive support agreement. I have had problems with PC's going belly up and the software company have given me grief when I rang up looking for new activation codes. I didnt initially question support issues with them, but when the problems arose they were less than helpfull. I contacted the company through an irish web site, I rang them on irish mobiles but it now turns out that the main guy lives in Australia. The moral: Do your homework.
