Entropay/Neteller Problems Today

Hi

Was trying to credit my prepaid accounts with the above from my AIB Laser card this morning and the transactions on both merchants were declined. Checked the usual stuff, funds available, card number errors etc. Spoke to AIB, no restrictions in place.

Has anybody else encountered similar problems and what was the solution?

Has anyone successfully topped up their entropay or neteller account recently from an AIB laser?

hi I had very same problem!!!
tried aib laser, aib credit card and another bank credit card....to no avail!!!
Rang my bank...and no problem with cards, no restrictions!!
Rang neteller twice and they couldnt help at all....just silly talk about some bank restricting their user from using netteller and bla bla bla.


I find this service really useless!!!
 
I have recently started having the same problem with Neteller and I live in London. I topped up my Neteller account from my Halifax current a/c, the funds have failed to arrive. Neteller are not very helpful so I am going to write to their complaints department. I have also tried on numerous occassions over the last few days to book a flight with the neteller card and it is failing to accept it even though it is preloaded with over £200.
