Entitlements mature student

Hi all,
I'm hoping to return to college in september full time as a mature student (i'm 28) has anyone who's previously done this know of all the entitlements I can claim such as tax, rent allowance not sure where to start and hoping someones who has been through all this can shed some light on forms, where to go etc,

I saw in a previous thread that you can have non means tested unemployment assistance with medical card but only if you have been signing on for something like 312 days before enrolling.

Are you signing on presently ?

No working full time at present, thanks clubman i'll check out that thread regarding partners returning to college :)
