Entitlement to portion of spouse pension after seperation.

Would anyone know if a wife has an automatic right to half a spouses private pension after seperation. The husband is on an Disibility Benefit from the state and has started to draw down his company pension. The wife is in full time employment

Probably not. Its his income so unless she has a maintenance order and seeke an order to attach the pension...........
Should have been addressed in separation. Issue would probably be more relevant on his death - does she have any entitlement to spousal pension.

She needs to take legal/pensions advice.
