Hi! In relation to thread below - the Engineer designed and planned to knock and rebuild an existing extension, extending it slightly beyond the original boundary. Now, refusing to give cert of compliance. Now new engineer says original engineer did not comply with building regulations. Where to go with all this. Renovation completed six months ago. Do Building Regulations Authority deal with him?
