I have had some dealings with Peter regarding cracking on my own house and found him to be diligent and not too expensive either! HOWEVER! I would caution you to be very careful with cracks, especially on a new/newish house...It can sometimes be very very difficult to diagnose the cause. On an older house the cracking will have had time to develop.
