As you might know, learner bikers may need engine limited until 2 years after test passed. Basically if you had a 500cc bike it would be limited to give the output of a 250cc - less chance of coming off the bike.
So does this harm the engine, or are you better off just getting a 250 and then changing down the line when 2 years riding done???
