Other Engagement ring insurance

Hi,
Just wondering if anybody knows a good place to get an engagement ring insured or if it has to be incorporated into your home insurance.
I got a home insurance quote for €250 but with an engagement ring it shot up to €600 premium for the year. The ring is valued at €18k but seems excessive. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Wanted the ring insured incase it was lost or stolen either in the house or outside the house.

Our 3k diamond ring causes the house ins premium to rise by maybe 30-40??

+ 1 with ravima. Should be looking at an increase of about €200 for adding the ring on. If you're prepared to pay that much for a ring, be prepared to pay to insure it. Most insurers will be the same price for the ring.
