End of year tax back

Hi. I have a rental property. I am registered for ROS and file in form 11 each year. I overpaid income tax last year by a substantial amount due to taking unpaid leave. Is there anyway of claiming this back now (similar to getting a p21)- rather than filing my entire form 11 which isn’t due until end Oct.

No, if you are obliged to file a form 11 due to the value of your taxable non PAYE income, then unfortunately you'll have to file your form 11. You can do it now if you wish.
