Encroaching on property

Hi

Where would one start with dealing with a neighbour who possibly encroached on a neighbours property by building a shed beyond the boundary fence ??

As you mention the 'possibility' aspect it would be best to start with checking any planning applications.

You can also go to www.landdirect.ie and by using the search option (Eircode option is best) you should be able to see a clear picture of the two sites.
