Employment not showing on PAYE.ie

Hello everyone.

I had a part time job at the beginning of 2010. I earned €4500 and paid €1200 of that in tax. I then went abroad and didn't work in Ireland again last year. I thought I could log onto paye.ie and get a balancing statement and get a refund.

But now, only my old employer that I stopped working for in 2009 is showing up. And no mention of my 2010 employer.

Any idea what I can do? Cheers

it is possible that you employer has not made their returns for 2010 yet. they have until february to do their P35 returns for wages

You can get a balancing statement and possible refund .

Send a copy of your earnings documents for 2010 to the tax office and they will process a balancing statement .

Indeed , as said above , your 2010 employers P35 is probably not filed yet .

However , your previous employer would be obliged to send Part 1 of your P45 to tax office , upon you leaving his employment .

My 2009 employer seems to not have done this. I suppose I should get onto him and see what the story is.

My 2010 employer was a school, and I was paid by the Dept of Education. Would it be normal for them to do it in March?
