Employment solicitor recommendation

Hi all
I wonder if anyone might have a recommendation for a solicitor in employment law in Dublin who would have good knowledge/experience of the public sector? Also I presume it can work out quite expensive, does anyone have a ballpark for basic services?

I've used Ciaran O Mara of o Mara Geraghty McCourt before and recommended him to others. He's the AHCPS recommended solicitor. From memory fee was 485 per hour but in every case that was paid as part of settlement.

Try your Union. They usually have a solicitor who gives advice free of charge and if they smell a good case, they'll probably act for you on a no foal no fee basis.
