Employing nanny - tax calc package?

Hi, we are looking to employ a nanny in our home. I would have to register as an employer and pay employer's PRSI and deduct her tax, produce payslips etc. Is there a software package that I can buy that would do the various calculations for us? Any idea how much it would be? Will it tell me what paperwork I need from the childminder ie P45 etc...

Also, would I have to get extra house insurance?

Do I need to set up a company or can I just do it myself?

Collsoft do a very simple to use payroll package.
You do not have to set up a company.
Don't know the position with insurance.
 
We have a few customers in the same position as you who use Payback. It's less expensive than Collsoft, and if you buy now you licence will last a year, rather than just until Dec 2010.
