Employers PRSI

Hi, could someone confirm for me - for an employee that makes over 376€ a week, the employer is liable to pay employer's PRSI on the full gross wages at 10.75%? Is that correct and even if you only have one employee?
Searching around and it's not clear if the lower rate is applicable just for employees under that level or if it's a tiered calculation.

PRSI applies on a weekly basis.

So if the employee is Class A and earns over €376 then the Employers PRSI is due at 10.75% on the gross salary.

If it's less than €376 then it's 8.50%.
