Employer Cut Working Days - Hol Entitlements?

I was made redundant from my last employer in Nov. Started a new job in Dec, which was to be f/t. I have not got a contract.
I've been working 5 days p/w (40hrs), last week i was told i was having my days cut down to 3 p/w due to lack of work etc. If the work load increases i will be going back to 5 days p/w.

I've signed up with the social and will receive a partial payment for the unworked days, but will my holiday entitlements change now, how will they be worked out - on a part time basis or hourly basis??

If my unworked day falls on a Bank Holiday, does my employer pay me or the Social Welfare??

You would still be entitled to 4 working weeks so your holidays should be 4 x 3 day weeks but you would also be entitled to holiday 'credit' for the weeks in which you worked 5 days.

If a bank holiday falls on an unworked day, your employer has to pay you 1/5 of your normal salary for this day.
