Emigration and Tax Refund.

If a couple emigrated in 2019 after working for part of the year in Ireland at what rate are they entitled to a tax refund,also can this claim be made online,by the way only one member of this couple is an Irish citizen but paid their taxes here not sure if that makes any difference..

Online if you set up a MyAccount or ROS otherwise you should tell them to complete a P50 form and follow the instructions on their website.

Do as per elcato above - you will be refunded whatever tax you have overpaid. You can also claim any medical expenses you incurred.
