Due to issues with neighbours etc. I and my father have leased from each other a house. Mine was my principle private residence and his an investment property. There are no rental fees involved and both leases are registered with PRTB. He now rents and declares income received from my property and has paid the e200 for his property, that I now live in. Should I also be paying the e200 for my own property? This all passed me by and only now addressing the issue, doh!
