Electricians Pay Agreement

Can anyone tell me the current position regarding the electricians pay agreement. I am not a member of a union. I have been 8 years with the same company doing contracting and maintaince. My boss has said that the agreement with the unions has now been canncelled and i have to take a pay cut. i will do this if I can keep my job as my mates have told me there is no work out there.

Join the union and then you can get the information or don't join the union but don't expect your boss to follow union rates.

Are electricians wages covered by a JLA?

I'd hold onto my job if i were you and I also agree with THENORTHSIDE.

Your employer is lying to you , the electricians registered employment agreement has not been cancelled.
