I got a price on a basic package for a 3000ft build. Not sure of the exact socket, spots and outside house lights etc . price of 11k, can't remember if Vat needs to be added to this
Without full specs available hard to give exact price but I would say €10,000 + VAT including basic 3 zone heating system and immersion .
Not included is electric instant showers or fire alarm system or bathroom extracts or cooker or intruder system or provision for future outside lighting.
