My remote for my electric gates won't open them anymore. The led flashes on the remote so i assume that the battery is still ok. How would i go about reprogramming it so it works again??

If it's not the battery and you have a second remote then try the following;
With remote in each hand - point towards each other and press and hold down button of the working remote.
Now press and hold down button on the broken remote and it should pick up the signal and blink twice.
Do you know if there is power at the gates? Mine went a couple of months ago and it turned out to be a slug got in and slid across the circuit board and blew a glass fuse in the board. I was unable to save the slug though, he was fried! Scraped him off, replaced fuse, silicone hole where he got in and never a problem since.
fixed had to call in the pro's , turns out that for some reason the reciever wouldn't recognise the gate remotes so had to be reconfig.... ah well at least it's sorted... thx.
