Does anybody know how I can cancel an eircom email account? I kept mine up after they started charging because I had so much stuff directed through that account it wasn't worth cancelling it at that point, but things have changed now and I want to cut them loose. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to do this and there seems to be no advice available, certainly not from eircom. Any ideas?

Back up your emails, cancel the direct debit, write them a letter saying you are cancelling, see what happens.
Their customer service is so bad I wouldn't even bother trying to do it the polite way.
