Eir Broadband Repair Times

Have been without Broadband in Cork area since 16th October due to Storm Ophelia.
Keep checking their updates and it going to be 10 plus days for the last 2 weeks.
There seems to be no definite time of repair. Trying to run a business without internet access is a nightmare atm.

Similar situation here, also in South - landline still dead, no internet.
If providers can't repair services themselves within an appropriate timespan then they should outsource - or ComReg should force them to outsource.
Crazy to be without communications for nearly 10% of year after one day of a storm.
