Eir Broadband, Landline. Weird One

Since January, been having issues with our landline, broadband, lost count of the number of times I've contacted them about the issues.
Discovered a couple of days ago that if I ring my mobile from my landline my broadband comes back on but I'm uncontactable on my Landline atm. Weird one.

Have technicians come and checked. Make sure to disconnect monitor alarms etc from line, and re check if required
