ECB rate cut passed onto BOI var rate Mor?

Hi there,

recently took a mortgage with BOI. It is a variable rate mortgage. Shortly after, the ECB cut the rate by 0.5%. I was under the impression that the Banks including BOI said they would pass this on to the customer. When I asked about it I was told no. That it would only impact tracker rates. Is that correct? Did anyone elses var rate mortgage with BOI get cut following the ECB cut?

BOI are only passing on 0.3% rate cut on their variable rate despite promising the whole 0.5% cut to variable rate mortgage holders, see here
