Ulster ECB Interest Rates

Hi can anyone help or advise?

Where can I get the historical ECB rates UB charged on their mortgages? I previously asked UB but still not yet received.

I had 2 accounts deemed impacted one of which my home has now been deemed lost by the bank. The products were both the same and the LTV was the same but on one R and C letter they say the rate should be 0.95 % abobe the ECB rate and on the other its 1% above.....

It dont make sense.....same LTV and product. "Standard Tracker Variable" Why diffrrent rates?

Any help would be appreciated?

There were several different tracker margins depending on when you drew down.
You'll need to do an internet search based on the dates of your mortgages and you might find press releases from the time. E.g. http://www.finfacts.ie/irishfinancenews/article_10009865.shtml

So then ask the bank!!

Why are you asking questions on the internet if what you actually want is something from the bank?

I have tried to identify the info but can not locate anything....i have asked the bank but they have still not sent the documents. I will pursue the bank but meanwhile was looking for some guidance. Thank you for the link.

Check your mortgage contract - UB have it written in mine at any rate

Below are the ECB rates since November 2001 which I kept in a spreadsheet when I had a mortgage with UB. Just add your ECB+ rate to get the total mortgage rate.
