I am with EBS at the moment, bought a house 6 years ago with a mortgage from them. I had a mortgage remaining of €200K and have gone sale agreed for €475K. Have put in an offer on a new property of €800K - will need a mortgage of €480K (approx). Should I stay with EBS or can anyone recommend a different lender?
 
Go with the cheapest lender for your specific needs. Check the rate tables in the newspapers (e.g. Thursday's Irish Times property supplement etc.).
