EBS Fixed Term Savings Account

I have a query onthe above which I opend August 2010 due to Mature Feb 2012.

I understand that I am allowed 1 withdrawl (which I have done) but now need to access the Funds to pay a Tax Bill.

Does anyone know what penalities (if any) would apply or more to the point can I get access to the Funds give the terms applying regarding 1 withdrawl.

Any help appreciated please.

Officially you have no access to the funds.

Unofficially EBS might give you access to the funds.

Go into an EBS branch and talk to them.
