Earning too little to claim rent relief can contributing family member claim instead?

Hi,

I'm a (very) low income single PAYE worker. A family member is assisting me in paying my rent (private landlord).

Can that family member claim rent relief in respect of the rent they pay for my accommodation (it wouldn't be worth my while claiming).
