Hi,

I recently got one of the above as a pressie and initially everything was fine with it , however I went away on hols, plugged everything out, came back from hols, turned it on...and...nothing!..it wouldnt work

I brought it back - they were great about it - and gave me another like for like replacement - I brought it home, opened the box, turned it on, and nothing - it too didnt work - and there was no remote in the box!!
(looks to me like it was a return already!)

Am I entitled to ask for the money back (anout €400) as Ive just about had enough - and its an hour round trip to the shop in question (portlaoise) to my house!!

am annoyed to say the least!

you are entitled to refund repair or replacement as the goods are faulty.
How long ago did you buy it and do you still have the receipt (not required but makes things a lot easier)

went down last night - they refunded me the cash and were as good as gold about it
