DublinLettings.com or alternatives?

Hi,

Anyone have any experience of using DublinLettings.com? I am interested in using them or a similar company to fully manage a letting for me. I will be a non-resident landlord so a fully managed service is important to me.

Any recommendations for alternatives would be appreciated.
